The B-Paid Solution

B-Paid Cellular enables operators to continue the trend of expanding the subscriber base to the "credit challenged".  The ZERO feature of B-Paid enables subscribers with no funds or limited funds to trigger return calls, so that people with friends, families and colleagues who do have funds become revenue producing subscribers on the network.  B-Paid utilizes existing Calling Party Pays interconnection agreements to profitably serve customers that don't have money. In addition, the B-Paid solution frees up network congestion caused by intentional missed calling, which gives back a significant percentage of the mobile operator's spectrum and associated infrastructure.

Market Opportunity for B-Paid Cellular

During 2007 and 2008, the market for prepaid mobile services has continued to grow more than twice as fast as the contract market, and generated about $250B in revenue for mobile network operators, according to Informa Telecoms & Media.    Informa goes on to state that future growth for operators will come from new customers, primarily very low-income customers in developing markets.   Read the summary of their research in this article from Telecoms:  "Prepaid outstrips postpaid two to one".
